Please read these terms carefully before using the ak449 platform. This document contains all the rules regarding accounts, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming.

General Terms

Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account on ak449, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must register on your own behalf — opening an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
- A maximum of one account per person is permitted.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
2.1 Identity Verification
ak449 reserves the right to verify a member's identity and age at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-recognised document may be requested for this purpose. Deposits and withdrawals may be temporarily restricted until verification is complete.
2.2 Multiple Accounts
Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. ak449 reserves the right to identify and close multiple accounts linked to the same device, IP address, or payment method, and in such cases all bonuses and winnings may be cancelled.
Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details, password, and any security codes confidential. ak449 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat.
3.1 Unauthorised Access
If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, contact us immediately. You are responsible for all transactions carried out on your account until we are notified of a security breach.
3.2 Account Sharing Prohibited
Sharing account details with third parties, or transferring or selling your account, is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in immediate account closure.

Members must confirm that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and are entirely their own. Transactions using a third party's payment method or another person's account are prohibited.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on ak449 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Withdrawals must be made in the same currency in which the deposit was made.
Bonuses & Promotions
ak449 offers various bonus offers for new and regular members. By accepting a bonus, the following conditions automatically apply.

5.2 Wagering Requirement
To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each member will receive the welcome bonus one time only.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless stated in a specific offer.
- Using fraudulent means to participate in any promotional offer will result in cancellation of the bonus and winnings.
- ak449 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
5.4 VIP Program
ak449 has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
You can gradually advance to a higher tier based on your gaming activity. Detailed terms for VIP benefits apply separately.
Gaming Rules
All games on ak449 are operated on a fair and impartial basis. Game outcomes are determined automatically without any human intervention.
6.1 Sports Betting
The following policies apply to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports:
- If odds change after a bet is accepted, the bet will be settled at the original odds.
- If a match or event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
- ak449 reserves the right to cancel bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
6.2 Casino Games
All outcomes in slots, live casino, fishing games, and other casino games are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each round is independent and not dependent on previous results.
6.3 Technical Issues
If a disconnection or technical issue occurs during a game, the game will continue from its existing state once the connection is restored. If a game cannot be completed for any reason, the wagered bet will be returned.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ak449 platform:
- Abusing the bonus system or claiming bonuses through fraudulent means.
- Placing simultaneous opposing bets to guarantee a risk-free outcome (arbitrage betting).
- Using artificial intelligence, bots, or automated software to operate games.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
- Transferring funds through an account for money laundering or illegal purposes.
- Collecting account information from other members or defrauding them.
- Forming coordinated betting groups against the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 ak449's Rights
ak449 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Suspicion or evidence of a breach of these terms.
- Failure to pass identity verification or providing false information.
- Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
- Security risk or suspicious transactions.
- Instructions from a legal or regulatory authority.
8.2 Member's Rights
Any member may voluntarily close their account at any time. Please contact the support team for this. Withdraw any existing balance before closing your account.
Responsible Gaming

Changes to Terms

If a member continues to use the platform after changes have been made, they will be considered to have automatically accepted the new terms and conditions. It is therefore recommended that you visit this page regularly.
12.1 Severability
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective.
12.2 Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between ak449 and the member. Any prior verbal or written discussions are superseded by this document.
